In Clinic
Due to increased hygiene measures in clinic, we will be operating staggered appointments to give the osteopath time to clean all surfaces and to prepare both the clinic and themselves for the next patient. This, along with all our other hygiene measures, greatly reduces the chance of viral transmission.
Health screening: To book an appointment we will ask you to complete a short screening questionnaire by phone before we can confirm your appointment with us.
We are asking everyone to:
- cleanse their hands for 20 seconds with soap and hot water or to use the hand sanitiser that is available.
- bring your own face mask to wear during treatment.
If you arrive early for your appointment, please kindly wait outside until your osteopath lets you in as only one patient at a time will be allowed in.
Telehealth
Online consultations for those unable to visit the clinic. Please visit our appointments page and select TELEHEALTH to book an appointment.
Phone
If you are unsure about your needs, we offer a free 5-10 mins telephone consultation.
We wish to reassure you that we are taking the taking the developments of the COVID-19 very seriously and will continue to monitor the information and advice released by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation concerning the spread and containment of COVID-19. We feel the weight of responsibility to limit the spread and containment of COVID-19.
Unfortunately, we are not able to see in clinic anyone who has vulnerable health, is generally unwell or is experiencing a new dry cough, cold symptoms, or temperature; please stay at home for 7 days. Please use the internet for advice on the NHS site: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19
If you have travelled to the UK, especially in the last 14 days, then please check with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website to see the latest news about the virus:

Many thanks for your full co-operation in advance
